These days they are cool accessories, but you mustn't go wrong with those

For me, I have a shopping strategy. I would buy it when they have a mark down :)

I think we get a benefit of buying it cheaper and can buy more stuff later on.

It does not have to be CURRENT trend alert right? Even if we buy it later, with our intelligence and creativity in fashion we can still experiment with it and even pull it off!!

So... Any idea to pull those off ?
